In-Kingdom Career Launch Program
Objective
To retain KAUST talented students, postdocs, and research scientists in the Kingdom, serving the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 of attracting, developing, and retaining highly qualified and skilled national and international workforce.
- Build bridges between KAUST talent and the Nation’s most competitive employers through year-round recruitment activities including KAUST bi-annual career fairs
- Increase the retention of KAUST talent in the Kingdom by growing the number of opportunities available to KAUST students
- Promote KAUST talent in the Kingdom and position them as highly skilled and qualified workforce
Target Audience
- KAUST students, postdocs, and research scientist
- In-Kingdom employers within government, industry, startups and academic institutions

Partners
The In-Kingdom Career Launch Program works with more than 200 organizations from 9 different sectors across the Kingdom. These sectors are giga projects, energy, technology, healthcare, governmental, industry, banking, consultancies, and start-ups.
